Do I pay when I book?
No. Booking is free and no card details are taken. Fees are confirmed at reception and paid on site at the clinic.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes — call or WhatsApp the clinic as early as you can so the slot can be offered to another family.
How soon can we be seen?
Most families are offered a slot within the same week. If your child’s symptoms are urgent, call rather than book online.
Can I book for more than one child?
Yes. Submit one request per child so each gets a full appointment, and mention in the notes that they are siblings.
